Body Ready Method® is based on 5 pillars: Upper Body Mobility, Core, Pelvis, Pelvic Floor and Movement Patterns.

WHO SHOULD BOOK A BODY READY METHOD SESSION?

  • Anyone who is pregnant and wanting to prepare their body for birth

  • Somebody who has had previously difficult birth experiences and desires to be more proactive and find more support for their next pregnancy and birth.

  • Anyone who is aiming for a VBAC

  • Anyone who is pregnant and worried about their core, diastasis recti, pelvic floor function, or other body issues

  • Anybody who is pregnant and looking for a more holistic way to remain strong, functional and resilient through the entire journey.

Session Options

Initial Assessment

90-minute assessment & mindful movement plan.

Our initial session is a time for us to review your pregnancy, birth, and/or postpartum goals. We’ll also identify areas in your body that may be tight/weak/overworked and your unique compensation patterns that can be causing these imbalances. Then we’ll co-create an accessible and personalized functional movement and fitness plan to help you find a greater range of motion for a reflexive and responsive system optimizing balance and alignment in your tissues and structure.

 Additional Session

60- minute follow-up sessions

Build on your progress with tools, guidance, and support wherever you are on your pregnancy and postpartum journey. This is especially helpful as you near your "guess date."
